Detailed Execution Process
Step 1: The Discovery Session
We start by listening. How do you live? Do you have pets? Do you host large parties? This helps us create a User Requirement Specification (URS). For example, a joint family needs more seating and stain-resistant fabrics, while a young couple might prefer a mini-bar and an open kitchen.
Step 2: 2D Space Planning
Before we talk colors, we fix the flow. We create detailed furniture layouts (AutoCAD) to ensure:
- Circulation Paths: No bumping into corners.
- Ventilation: Maximizing cross-breeze.
- Storage Mapping: Every item, from suitcases to brooms, gets a dedicated spot.
Step 3: 3D Visualization
See it before you build it. We provide photorealistic 3D renders. You can see exactly how the light falls on your sofa, how the curtains drape, and how the veneer texture looks. This eliminates surprises during execution.
Step 4: Material Selection & Sourcing
We accompany you to the showrooms.
- Flooring: Italian Marble (Statuario, Bottochino) vs. Large format Vitrified Tiles (Simpolo/Qutone).
- Veneers: Natural Teak, Oak, or Walnut veneers finished with Melamine or Pu polish.
- Lighting: Selection of COB lights, magnetic tracks, and decorative chandeliers.
Step 5: The Build
Our turnkey execution team takes over. We handle:
- Civil Changes: Breaking walls, waterproofing bathrooms.
- Electrical: Rewiring for new switchboard positions.
- False Ceiling: POP (Plaster of Paris) vs. Gypsum design.
- Paint: Royal Luxury Emulsion or Texture finishes.
